The Opening ceremony~
Here are the three painting that I managed to shoot. Just like the title, all the painting are all refresh local fruits.
I've attended water and oil painting exhibition--The Journey of refreshment by my art teacher on Wesak day. It take place at Fo Guang Dong Zen Temple. (佛光山东禅寺) located at Sungai Jarom, Jenjarom, Kuala Langat. Selangor.
The Journey takes about one hour. Open Ceremony started at 2pm, lucky us had arrived on time. Thanks to the newly open KESAS HIGHWAY which has saved up so much time but not money because there were 4 tolls along the way. Each toll cost RM 2.20. *Wide Eyes*
The temple totally captured my eyes when I saw it. It's beautiful, impressive, and majestic. The feeling is like China when you first step into it. Maybe as a Christian I really didn't expose much to other religion, I can't put those feeling in words but it's not bad at all. I was so much impressed by the people and everything here.
The temple was happening, a lot of tourist and local people. According to my friend, Buddhist celebrate Wesak day. (Actually I have no idea of what is Wesak day, I thought it's for Indians! oh my.. and he laugh till roll on the floor -_-)
We went straight to Dong Zen Art Gallery. There were two art exhibitions going on the same day. One was the traditional water color & oil painting by my teacher. Another was contemporary Digital Art. After greeting our teacher Mr.Yeo Eng Peng, the ceremony started. The section that I dislike, I just can't stand the l-o-n-g speech. The longest I can stay was only less than 10 minutes and you'll find me disappeared from the hall. *grin*
I went for a walk around the temple. I managed to take some photos but I realize my photography techniques are far away from the professional photograher. My photos turned out just don't show the beauty of the temple at all. T.T
After all I was quite upset because I didn't shoot much. I'll visit the temple one day again just for the intention to take nice photos.
If you wish to visit this beautiful temple, here are the direction with location map.

Roster Saturday
Little ones.
At the early stage of the course, children will not be exposed directly to keyboard; however, they will learn to play on some percussion instruments, such as triangle, ring-bells, rhythm stick, hand drum, glockenspiel, resonator bars, etc.
Trying to manage 5 kids at a time, all at slightly different skill levels and all with their slightly different personality quirks – too hyper, too shy, too smart, too messy, too particular, or too daydreamy.
For 1 hour, as I worked through every kid in the class, I was constantly squawking " Ok, let's switch on your keyboard. No no, don't bang my keyboard please. Sit tall. Now show teacher your right hand. No, right hand! Yes, now tell me where is Doh? Great Job! Maybe that's too loud, try to press the key softer. Oh, your wrist is too high! Are you left or right handed? Just two eyes please! Careful! Don't swing on your chair!" and it went on and on and on and on and on.
For a whole hour!! My brain hurts!
That's just small part of the lesson. During the activities time kids will run around, jumping up and down in the room like monkey! And don't forget I have four group classes in a day!
AARRGGH.
That's my every Saturday. *smile*

The Chronicles of Narnia~ Prince Caspian

I've finally got a chance to watch this movie during the holiday! Yes, I'm a fan of NARNIA, basically a huge fan!
I Love all the characters, costumes, story line, scene.. everything! Just love it! *dreamy sigh*
Surprisingly my mum loves this movie too, she really enjoy it much although she didn't watch the first episode. Her comment is: " This film is better than Jackie Chan & Jet Li's movie (The Forbidden Kingdom) !"
How proud as a fan of NARNIA heard that! My mum has an extraordinary taste for movies and drama that she delights isn't she? *smile*
No matter how busy is my work, movie & drama are still my best entertainments.
Thanks to all the entertainment/film industry for producing so many great movies and shows for true fanatics like myself.
And I can't wait for this coming weekend because I'm gonna watch INDIANA JONES. It's the hottest movie in town now, everybody should watch!
*sigh*
I must admit I'm truly a drama-holic + movie-holic...

Updates I
Lovely sweet smiles after the exams.
Some of the primary levels' candidates.
17th Saturday 2008
A historical and most important day since the opening of Concerto Music, Ballet & Art.
It's the FIRST ballet examination of the school.
All classes were postponed for the examination because it took place at our school. We need to ensure a quiet environment for exam purpose.
Most of all, I was the pianist.
The examination started from 9:30am till 12pm. It was quick.
I can’t remember the last time I felt so FLUTTERY AND FLOATY IN MY STOMACH.
But I think I did ok.
The examiner Miss Valerie Bayley was serious. Although she was in her 70s but she still looks strong and elegance . She must be a good dancer when she was young.
By noon we sent her back to the hotel.
And I spent the rest of my day gaming, watching my favorite drama and sleeping at home.
Completely relief after the few months of hectic preparations.
Thank God there were 3 consecutive holidays right after the exam~ *big grin*
I have spent my holidays happily as I have learned a great lesson.
Will share it later...
Have a good night everybody~

Fifth of May
Happy Birthday to me!
I've officially turned 25 on 5th of May 2008.
Frankly speaking, I really didn't feel much of excitements for my birthday this year.
Birthday isn't a big deal anymore, I'm abit worried, is it a sign of aging?
Though, thanks to my love families, babe eve & babe quin, friends who remembered my birthday, it's you guys who made my birthday so special, so unforgettable, and so happy ever!
I love you all!Today it's a day out with my baby Even and babe Quin~
We went Sunway Pyramid Redbox. It's such a long time we didn't hang out for singing. Three of us love to sing, very much.*The most delicious birthday cake, it's really really really delicious!*
I can't hold back my tears when the birthday song suddenly appeared on the screen while the birthday cake served by the waitress at the same time.
I was so shocked and surprised!
Quin and Eve were singing the birthday song loudly, I didn't expect that at all! Thanks to my babe Eve and Babe Quin. It's totally a moment of bliss!
After the K section, we went for a little walk at the mall. Have some snacks and gaming. Totally fun!
Around 8pm we went Ole Ole Bali for dinner. First time here, it's quite packed even though it's Monday night. The food were excellent. I love the atmosphere for everything was completely in Bali style, for a moment I really thought I was in Bali!
There are more precious things I would like to share.
To be continued...

A same tool has been brought out in different way by Nancy and Dr. Faber, which lead the lesson totally more fun and interesting.Babe Joey. Silly us were talking last night and thought that we are going for the different workshop. So surprised when we saw each other! *lolz*

We went shopping at the mall after the dinner. There was an exhibition at the center court.

Tiny pumpkins, it's slightly smaller than the size of a palm.
I've got a lovely dress from MNG and half a Dozen of J.Co Donuts. What a wonderful day~ ^^

Personal Goals - May 2008
*My favorites Haagen Dagz ice cream* have it during the holidays~
Again, it's the start of a brand new month.
It's a little special for this month, MONTH NUMBER 5. It's my BIRTHDAY MONTH!
What goals did you reach last month? What have you achieved?
What are you working on for this month? What are you hoping to accomplish? What are you inspired to try out?
Here's mine
1) Wake up EARLY everyday
In the last few weeks, I’ve been waking up at 6am every morning to went for morning swimming at Mid Valley California , instead of 10am. For some reason, I find myself MUCH more alert, awake, and fresher – not sure why, because I still sleep at 12am most nights.
I’m hoping to continue into this month and maybe start going for a brisk morning walk or jogging with mum and dad.
2) Get into a team of volunteer workers.
This is what I always wanna do since few years ago. There are so many peoples out there who need our concern and help. Hospitals, orphans home, old folks home etc. Not only the society but also the environment.
If you do care for it, you can have a peak on these websites:
*Sponsor kids and given them a future. Click here
*Save Our Environment. Click here
3) Start dancing!
I've decided this since long long time ago but there are really limited dancing school who provide salsa dance in my area. Still looking into formats and times that will suit me.
4) My Reading List for April
I've actually finished 2 non fiction books only this month due to my tight schedule.
<智者- 鲁豫有约>说出你的故事 by Chen Lu Yu
Britten by David Matthews
I hope to read more books in this coming month.
5) Learn a Language
I supposed to start my French class during April but because of work I need to postpone it again. Besides French, I would like to take Korean language but of course not until I've master French.
6) Planning my 2008 Summer trip
The Holidays falls on beautiful summer. Eve and me have decided to spent our first trip in Bali, an island that we never been before. And I haven't started to book air fair tickets and hotels. I need to settle everything by this month.
Dear quin has message me last night, to arrange my birthday celebration. What can I said, it's the fourth year we've been celebrating together, all I wanna said is I'm gonna celebrate with you guys every of my birthdays for the rest of my life.
This is my wish.
I love you babe Eve and babe Quin~~ **huge hugss**
